Onboarding

Changing to a new PMS can be a daunting prospect. That’s why we have carefully designed an onboarding process that allows us to guide our new clients through every step of the journey.

Our team works closely with the client through a series of defined stages to ensure a smooth transition.

Project Coordination

An experienced project coordinator from the indici Team will work closely with you to put in place a detailed onboarding schedule.

Data Migration

The indici Team manages data migration in the background, ensuring that all data from your legacy system is pulled across into indici. Final migration will be performed on the day before go live.

Super User Training

The indici Team provides your nominated super users with in-depth training. This gives them the skills they need to assist their colleagues throughout the transition.

External Communication

The indici Team will issue external communications to relevant parties (MOH, ACC, etc.) regarding the switchover. This ensures that external processes and interfaces run smoothly from your first day on indici.

Full Training

indici’s highly experienced trainers will visit your organisation and deliver targeted training sessions to your entire staff body.

Configuration

The indici Configuration Team will ensure all configurations (letter templates, assessment forms, etc.) have been completed.

Validation

Validation exercises will be run with your practice manager using sample patient records. Staff will be given read only access to the new system.

Go Live

The indici Team provides onsite Go Live support for an agreed period, with a number of indici specialists instantly available to troubleshoot any queries or issues.

A period of hyper virtual support is then provided, to ensure your staff are completely comfortable with the new system.
